Another great week
This week has been full of enjoyable learning activities for the children both in and out of the classrooms.
Year 5 children visited St Matthew’s Church as part of their Religious Education (RE) lessons, learning about “signs and symbols” which can help people in their faith.
Years 3 and 4 classes visited Redhill library, enjoying the wide range of books and other facilities. It’s great that many of our children are members of Redhill library and regularly borrow books (it’s free!) and enjoy the activities organised by our colleagues at the library. If your child (and you!) are not yet members please do visit the library and see what you’re missing!
Year 2 enjoyed a special “Christmas Journey” organised by “Sparkfish” a local churches group. Activities, supplementing the children's RE lessons, included drama and art. Similar events for all the family will continue tomorrow morning from 10am at Redhill Methodist Church
