Friends of St Matthew's - Meeting Weds 12 Oct
Thank you to parents who came to last night’s meeting (6 Oct) to plan towards the Christmas Fair (3rd December) and Children’s Disco (16th December)
If you were not able to come along yesterday please come to our next meeting: Wednesday 12th October 2.00pm at school to continue planning . We need your ideas and help in order to make the events as successful as possible.
The aim of all these activities is to provide an enjoyable time for children and parents within our school community. All money raised is used to provide “extra” things for the children here at St Matthew’s.
To run these events successfully we do need willing helpers, both on the day of the event and in advance to help prepare. Do come to the meeting on the 12th if you are able; if you can’t come but are willing to help with the events please give in your name at the school office or speak to Erica Layne (PTA chair) or Debra Jeffery (Treasurer).
