Teachers learn too

Several of our teachers have participated in professional development activities which help to continue to improve our provision at school and most importantly benefit the children!

We are very privileged to have such a strong team of skilled and dedicated staff and governors here at St Matthew’s who, in addition to their “9 to 5” work, give significant amounts of their own time in the evenings and at weekends to ensure the best for our children and the school.

Thank you to those who came into school last Saturday to tidy the “middle rooms” in Reception and Year 1 classes.

Mrs Rusling, Mrs Schagen and Mrs Rampertab attended a special day for teachers at the National Gallery in London in preparation for our annual “Take One Picture” week which will take place in June. These activities are always enjoyed by children and staff alike!
